Support: Nothing in this Agreement entitles User to any support, training or consultation. User may contact STS or Tony Oz through email to determine the availability of support, training or consultation, and the fees, terms and conditions applicable thereto. 


Entire Agreement: This Agreement supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or writing, between the parties with respect to the matters stated herein, and this Agreement contains all of the covenants and agreements between the parties with respect thereto. 

Knowing Consent and Authority to Consent: The parties knowingly and expressly consent to the foregoing terms and conditions. Each party is authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of its respective party. 

Assignment: This Agreement is not assignable or transferable by User. STS may assign or transfer this Agreement to any third party who acquires STS rights in or to This WEBSITE Product. 


The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on this WEBSITE are the property of STS, Tony Oz or other third parties. Users are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of STS or such third party which may own the Mark.
